NCCUC’s Online Exchange Application
Welcome to the NCCUC’s Online Exchange Application System!
Please read the following instructions carefully before your application.
1. Please make sure you have been officially nominated by your home university. If you wish to apply as a freemover, please contact exchange@nccu.edu.tw
2. Please click on-line application to create your account.
3. After creating your account, the system will automatically send you the account & password information so that you could start to fill out your person data and upload your supporting documents in the system. If there is any login problems, please contact our IT at billxx18@gmail.com to resend the login information.
**The supporting documents you have to prepare are:
· 2" Color Photo
· Passport Copy

***As long as you press “save”, it’s all done. We will check everything from May 1st (Fall) or November 1st (Spring) and if there is any incompletion, we will inform you accordingly.
After your application is reviewed and approved, we will email the acceptance letter to you around May 20th (Fall) / November 20th (Spring).
